Coralville, Iowa – The Iowa Heartlanders, ECHL affiliate of the Nationwide Hockey League’s Minnesota Wild and American Hockey League’s Iowa Wild, have signed goaltender Dante Giannuzzi, ahead Nathan Noel and defenseman Jacob Arsenault to contracts for the 2025-26 season.
Giannuzzi performed for the Heartlanders in a pair of video games final season and in whole, the Winnipeg, Manitoba native performed in seven ECHL video games final season between Norfolk and Iowa, compiling a 4-2-1 report with a 3.30 goals-against common and an .873 save proportion. He gained 13 video games with Utah in 2023-24 as a rookie.
Noel is coming into his eighth skilled season and this can be his seventh within the ECHL. He joined Iowa within the second half of final season and contributed eight factors (2g-6a) and 97 penalty minutes in 17 video games. He added two targets in 5 video games throughout the Kelly Cup Playoffs.
Arsenault, 26, is making ready for his first skilled season after captaining Briarcrest School the final three seasons. In 2023-24, he was named ACAC Participant of the 12 months. He’s a two-time ACAC first-all-conference workforce choice and compiled 59 factors (17g-42a) and 246 penalty minutes in 83 video games at Briarcrest.
