ORLANDO, Fla. – The Orlando Photo voltaic Bears, ECHL affiliate of the Nationwide Hockey League’s Tampa Bay Lightning, introduced the signing of ahead Tyler Drevitch to a contract for the 2025-26 season.
Drevitch, 29, has appeared in 250 ECHL video games over 5 seasons with Atlanta, Wheeling, Maine and Wichita. The Middleborough, Massachusetts native spent the 2024-25 season with the Gladiators, scoring 5 factors (3g-2a) and including 35 penalty minutes in 25 video games. In complete, Drevitch has 81 factors (40g-41a) and 504 penalty minutes throughout the course of his ECHL profession.
Drevitch is a part of a wealthy ECHL lineage that features brother Logan, who’s the captain of the Savannah Ghost Pirates; father Scott, who totaled 196 factors (51g-145a) in 218 video games with Richmond, Dayton, Jacksonville and Huntington from 1991-96; and Uncle Todd, who performed two seasons with Richmond, Roanoke Valley and Greensboro scoring 14 factors (2g-12a) in 77 video games.
Previous to his skilled profession, Drevitch performed 4 seasons of school hockey at Merrimack Faculty, captaining the 2019-20 squad. In 94 video games, Drevitch scored 16 factors (9g-7a) and totaled 65 penalty minutes.
